Generate HTML version of the book

Hello, I'm a reader of your book and it's been fantastic 👍 However, the one inconvenience that I have felt was that there is no HTML version of the book, which makes viewing this book in display-constrained devices harder than it can be.

I would very appreciate an HTML version of the book (generated with Lyx). I made a POC over here, but it breaks in some places(looks like it breaks in @|\color{...}, \bfseries, \Roman{part}) 😞 .

Would it be possible to make an HTML version of the book?

(Side note: I generated the book by using LyxHTML which generates XHTML, used sed and some shell to change image names (image names are generated by image path), and added water.css as there were no styles.) (Side note 2: I tried lots of tools to generate HTML, by LyxHTML, elyxer, plasTeX, htlatex... and LyxHTML generates the best output. elyxer generates pretty good output, but it breaks much more than LyxHTML (as development stalled after 2013), plasTeX and htlatex with Lyx generated LaTeX breaks very much and it's results don't look well.)

@pcr910303 Thank you very much! Sorry for the long delay. As much as I want a web version, currently it's not available and require me to port the book to another format from scratch. I also tried the above tool as you did and the layout was broken. I guess it's the price for a fancy layout.

@tuhdo Have you seen the POC? I've fixed much of it while I was reading... (while I haven't compared with the pdf version side bay side) it feels like it's pretty fine, and if there are errors please tell me; I will try to fix that.
