parse and print /META-INF/CERT.RSA (or /META-INF/ANDROID_.RSA)

Hello. how we can print the /META-INF/CERT.RSA (or /META-INF/ANDROID_.RSA) ? i want this information for certificates of apk file, but i dont know how parse and print that file (RSA file).
