TuesPechkin Convert returning null in PROD

Hello. I'm using TuesPechkin 2.1.1 with the AnyCPU added. When i run locally and in my iis test server the convert will work fine but when i run it on the production server it returns nothing. there is no error just a null value. Am i missing some special permission that i'm not finding? As far as i can tell the dll is getting placed in the Temp folder on test and prod.

Alright i have kept digging and it seems that it is getting a "Navigation to webpage was canceled" error. Is TuesPechkin equipped to handle this? Do you know how i can resolve this?
