Dear 3DCityDB Tools plug-in users,

If you are using our plug-in and you like it or find it useful, let us know! If you want, you are heartily invited to add here ideas and suggestions for future improvements.

Remember: The sky is the limit!! ;-)

  • Take advantage of the new attribute forms capabilities introduced since QGIS 3.22.
  • This will however make QGIS 3.34 the reference supported platform.

Add a dialog in the menu that allows to:

  • install the 3DCityDB schema
  • create/drop additional citydb schemas
  • remove/uninstall the 3DCityDB

directly from QGIS.

Add a (simplified) dialog that allows to import/export CityGML/CityJSON files directly from QGIS. The GUI parameters will be used to invoke the Java-based Importer/Exporter via command line.

The dialog is not meant to substitute or duplicate the Importer/Exporter, just to offer a basic set of most-used functionalities.
