Ft global planner integration

Updates the structure to comply with updates in the dependencies. Integrates ompl as a global planner.

Hey @maxspahn, I see I've neglected reviewing this PR, sorry. How should we proceed with it? I've a looked at it a bit now but it's quite a lot of changes and the tests currently do not run for me. I can look into it more in the coming days.
