OnChatMember not catched

Hi, I'm using this library for a bot to see a new user joined a private group with hidden members. It works well until I revoked the bot token. other events can be catched but not onchatmember event anymore. My group is 300 members only. Anyone can help?

I guess it's OnChatJoinRequest, But not working for me, But OnUserJoined is worked.
