How to use?

I enabled the extension but I don't understand how to use it. Are there new menu options or keybindings or something?

@peterelbert After you enable it, 2 new menus will be added: Edit > Editor+ and Edit > Line You can go to Xcode Preferences > Key Bindings to add keyboard shortcuts for these commands. Hope this helps.
