Brighter preview when shooting RAW [BUG]
Describe the bug When the capture format is set to RAW (RAW_SENSOR), the live preview will be around 1 stop brighter then the actual photo taken. When shooting JPEG, the live view is normal. The JPEG and RAW files using the same capture parameters have the same overall brightness.
How to reproduce
- Enable RAW capture
- Set every parameter to manual
- Take a screenshot of the live view
- Press capture to take a photo
- Compare the screenshot and the photo file

Logcat files This problem is so strange, I do not know where to look at.
Device and application information (please complete the following information):
- Device: OnePlus 6
- Android Version: Android 9
- ROM: Oxygen OS Open Beta 14 (problem exist long ago)
- Application Version: 0.5.6-alpha+2019
Additional context Because the JPEG and RAW files share the same capture parameters have the same overall brightness, this is not caused by the JPEG convert strategy used by OnePlus, but it only makes the problem more strange.
If anyone has the condition to do the test, I will appreciate to know the result on your device. Because on my other device (Nexus 6P), this problem does not exist.
