pdf margins (A Beginner's guide..)

Hi Pieter, you did a fantastic job with this manual! Thank you very much! May I kindly ask you to use a bit bigger margins for the pdf pages? Some pages miss part of top and/or bottom when printed (for example top of page 3). Also: can you please add page numbes?
