Clicking links URL-decodes them

Command-click a link from a note, that contains URL-encoded characters like %3D:

http://localhost/?foo=bar%3Dbaz

It will be decoded to:

http://localhost/?foo=bar=baz

Other apps like BBEdit don't do this decoding.
