Deleted ~/Library/Application Support/Notational Data and lost my notes?

whilst clearing some space on my Mac to upgrade to macOs High Sierra I accidentally deleted the Notational Data file and lost all of my notes. Is there a way I can recover it? Im currently working my way through Diskdrill but Im not sure Ive found it.

Not unless you have a Time Machine backup handy…
