Support Dark Mode on MacOS Mojave

Can we update nvALT to support Dark Mode? Currently the interface remains light, and does not obey the system wide dark mode.

Related to this issue, except that dark mode is now an official part of MacOS.

The light mode interface is also looking a bit messed up in Mojave.

It looks ok when it starts up but gets to be like this after some use. I haven't figured out exactly what triggers it.
