Add draggable file icon to nvALT title

I am a passionate user of nvALT and Marked 2. Both are great tools and I use them on a daily basis!

I have a little feature request. Here is my use case: I typically write my notes in nvALT (plain text storage) using mark down. I am not a big fan of the integrated Markdown preview, so whenever I am interested in a rendered version, I look up the note file and drag'n'drop it onto the Marked 2 icon that lives in my dock. Given that I have several hundred notes, it is a bit cumbersome though to find the correct file each time.

What do you think about the following simple feature: The title of the nvALT window could contain an icon for the current note (like it is the case for folders in Finder) that supports drag'n'drop. So instead of manually looking up the file, I could simply drag the note icon directly from the nvALT main window. I realize that this might not work in case of a database storage for the notes, but you could just hide the icon in this case.
