Exclusion language setting does not apply to dual subtitles

I have excluded the English language from translation and have dual subtitles enabled.

As expected, hovering over English language words does not trigger the translation tooltip.

However, if a YouTube video comes with English language subtitles, the extension will display a translation in the form of a secondary subtitle below it.

It seems this should also not happen.
