I know that `if (exchange.has[...])` check is being also made inside `tester_func` but at this stage it's ok, and we can clean-up the individual test methods later, it doesn't conflict...
even though this PR doesn't change transpiler itself (to make `test.js` transpilable) this just makes things ready for next consecutive PR. So, that's why you see those empty "auto-transpiler" lines...
@kroitor last commit made compatible with our latest version of base. now it can be merged (if you dont think otherwise).
