I think this issue might still be unresolved _and relevant_, so I'm reopening it.

In the future, Tendermint might record a bit-array in the block header of each block, where each bit indicates whether that transaction was considered valid or invalid by the network...

Maybe this proposal could be turned into a [BigchainDB Enhancement Proposal (BEP)](https://github.com/bigchaindb/BEPs) and closed here.

This idea is not implemented, and as far as I know, there are no plans to implement it, at this point in time.

Are MongoDB, BigchainDB and Tendermint all up and running properly?

Those instructions are for developers who want to contribute to BigchainDB Server code etc. Maybe try the instructions in the page http://docs.bigchaindb.com/projects/server/en/latest/simple-deployment-template/network-setup.html instead --- they also work for a single-node...

It doesn't make sense to try and connect to a BigchainDB node with IP address 0.0.0.0 Someone else reported trying to do that as well and I wonder where that...
