Handle non-N2K CAN messages?

When using the library (using a Teensy 3.6 and TeensyX) is it possible to handle non-N2K CAN messages on the same CAN interface and inning the N2K library? Such as 11 bit IDs or messages not standard to the N2K spec?

I have a non-N2K device that is sending CAN messages to the Teensy and I would like to read them.

Currently I skip other than extended messages. You can use second CAN on Teensy. Note that often non-N2k devices are not aisolated either, which may cause fancy groundloop problems.
