Temperature Only Updates when opening Home App

This may not be an issue with this plug-in, but I am struggling to figure out how to pin point this issue…

I have automations set which have always worked fine and are triggered by changing temperature on the AC. Recently, the temperature for each of my ACs doesn’t update until the home app is opened. In other words, my automations never detect a temperature change in real time and only detect it once someone has opened the Home app and the temperatures “refresh.”

Any ideas what might be causing this?
