besides the hack @cvmiller suggests, meyectl won't accept a line with empty value, because the config parser inside is a [simple strip and split](https://github.com/ccrisan/motioneye/blob/d77d3d81286e9fe4d25800d19df730f59c52e6e1/motioneye/meyectl.py#L74) . It does not recognize quotes...
HUAWEI devices (or HiSilicon chipsets in general) need online authorization before debug port can be used. And most likely with another wire protocol.
