Update Feather Icons

This updates all of the feather icons. The feather submodule is updated to the latest version of feather that passes all feather checks. I also ran gulp to update many of the Vue components. I believe this fixes an issue related to #13. The stroke color and fill of the feather icons are no longer defined inside each feather SVG icon, allowing for easier CSS styling.

As you can see, I had a little trouble updating updating the feather icons git submodule to the right commit hash.

Unfortunately, this library looks unsupported.
