option to enable fuzzy search on popup

Please consider to add an option to enable fuzzy search on popup. It will speed up filtering long words.

Related: it'd be great if it would autocomplete tags regardless of where in the name you start typing (like Obsidian's default tag autocomplete).

Example: I would like to be able to select the tag "🌲 Evergreen" by simply typing "evergreen" instead of having to type out the emoji each time.
