[1.12.2] Lag with Tinkers Crafting Station

Blur 1.0.4-14 Installed in SevTech 3.0.8 (its not by default)

Hello, I have some lag, if I open the crafting station. The Blur effect is instant finished by opening the station.

In all other GUIs, Blur work normal.
