Latest Builds Before an efficient CI is is place

Unfortunately, I get an error when I run this under Windows! It says, "The code execution cannot proceed because tlibgcc_s_seh-1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." However, it looks like this is a common problem with a few other programs, including mingw. Don't know if this helps, but here goes: StackExchange: The code executable cannot continue: libgcc_s_seh-1.dll was not found
