No google services bump

For older and weaker devices which do not use Google Services, I rebased the existing no-google-services branch on to latest kotlinx branch and updated Gradle dependencies.

Since it's a rebase, the history is rewritten and I'm not sure how the pull request would work but for the sake of linear code history, I picked this approach
