[FEATURE REQUEST] HTTPS to HTTP?

I understand that proxy-tamper would currently not be able successfully tamper HTTPS responses without some caveats, so I was wondering if you could provide a function to downgrade a HTTPS response to HTTP, so that it could be tampered with.
