Support multiple metrics backends for single app

Currently, metrics for an app are fetched from a single backend. We could support multiple backends for a single app and show each on different tabs. This will be useful to start supporting different metrics for different backends and for metrics that dont fit particularly well for some backends (e.g. connections on prometheus).
