Gandalf binary for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS "Bionic Beaver"

Gandalf did not have a binary for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS "Bionic Beaver" (not even and Old one).

For now I will compile from sources, but I'm able to do some basic tests if a released version.

Also documentation from Tsuru and Galdalf are a bit different (mention different methods)
