Request: SDRplay Support

Assuming the API has been installed, it would be awesome if SDRplay units would work.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Unfortunately, these SDRplay units cannot work with the dump1090 of flightaware used by this project. Also, I don't have a plan to purchase a SDRplay unit in the near future. You can fork and modify the source by yourself and summit PRs to support SDRplay. Any PRs are welcome!
