Save image crash

Using the save image functionality causes an empty image to be saved, and then once you click "ok" on the dialogue Anki crashes. This is with Anki 2.1.9 (b06b70f7) and the latest version of the add-on.

I can't reproduce the crash on Windows and the latest version of both the add-on and Anki, though the image that's being saved isn't quite what you'd want.
