Match libHN Ask HN comments behaviour

libHN fetches comments for Ask HN posts by having the question as the first comment, then the replies being also root comments below the question. HNScraper however has replies as children of the first comment instead.

I'd like to add a configuration option to switch between the two behaviours, as I have an app that uses libHN and I'd like to switch to using HNScraper, but this is currently preventing me doing so. What do you think about this idea?
