Please improve JSDoc support.

When I add new JSDoc comments, I have to use the "restart server" command before it's accounted for.

With the release v0.5.13, i additionally call update on save, not just if completion gets triggered. If you add a comment, save the file, the JSDoc comments should be there.

same problem for me, recently installed atom-ternjs and when i update some JSDoc comments i need to execute "restart server" in order to get autocompletion docs updated
