UncaughtException: TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of null

Very similar to #328 and #187, but different. All of a sudden Tern.js is now reporting the following error:

UncaughtException: TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of null. Restarting Server...

This is on a fully patched Ubuntu 18.04 machine with Atom 1.43.0.
