Pictures are "messed up" / not recognizable

Hi everybody, does somebody encounter the same problem? Every picture I take with the app is "messed up". It looks like a box of water colors, spilled over the screen. I added two screenshots I tried to take. They actually should show an app screen and a home screen:

My configuration: Device: HTC Wildfire (buzz) OS: Android 2.3.7 (Cyanogenmod 7.2.0-buzz) andOSS version: 0.4.3

Haven't seen that kind of corruption in a while. This is an old side project, so no promises, but could I have all the info from the debug screen? It's accessible through menu → (More) Settings.
