hide-fields issues

lnav version 0.10.1

Describe the bug can't seem to hide certain fields with :hide-fields in a webserver log file. Certain fields when hidden still show with certain values (sc_bytes if 0, cs_uri_stem if /). Discovered fields give "unknown field" errors (but to be fair, they don't show up in the tab completion for :hide-fields).

To Reproduce

1. lnav webserver.log
2. :hide-fields sc_status
3. :hide-fields sc_method

Since hidden fields are replaced with a single character, when the field is itself a single character, there's nothing to really hide. So, it just shows the original data.

i understand the 1 char column not being hidden, there is some logic in that, although i still find it distracting, after all i want to concentrate on some other columns if i hide want to hide other ones.

it is a smaller issues though then certain fields not being hidden at all,
