Files pane stale error messages

lnav version v0.10.1

Describe the bug When viewing a remote file thru ssh and the connection is lost, the File pane shows a red error message: error: a file cannot be opened. However when the connection is back, and the logfile tailing resumes (lnav can recover from these errors), the error message is still there together with Timeout, server SERVER not responding. but the timestamps clearly show that the connection has recovered: 134.4MB 2021-11-01 03:27:24.000 — 2021-11-08 19:16:17.000 and new lines are appearing in the log window.
