Make lnav run on OpenWRT
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Lnav would be a useful (mostly at home) for analyzing OpenWrt logs on the router.
As it stands, it seems that building lnav for openwrt is not that easy
Describe the solution you'd like
An official OpenWrt build would be great.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Running lnav over ssh to the router. This doesn't work for some reason, maybe the ape tailer binary is an issue on this architecture? I'm not sure what's needed. Routers can of course have any of a million different processors, mine uses the ARMv7 architecture.
Out of curiosity, why is there a need to transfer the tailer? Can we not assume that posix tail is good enough?

The tailer provides the following functionality:
- Blocks of files are sync'ed to avoid re-transmitting the same data the next time the file is viewed
- Tailing multiple files at once, which allows you to read an entire directory
- Handling non-file types, like symlinks
- TAB-completion when opening other remote files
- Previewing the contents of files
