Command edition is broken

lnav version v0.12.4

Describe the bug When I try to enter commands, the input is broken. For example, if I hit backspace, it inserts a space instead of deleting a character.

Also commands doesn't work.

Also, since I got the bug, I notice that the colors are all different than before with default configuration.

I upgraded to 0.12.4 yesterday and started seeing this issue (on arch linux).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Launch lnav and enter a command.

Kitty, with TERM set to xterm-256colors

Same, both xterm-kittty and xterm-256colors has the issue

Konsole + xterm-256colors works though

It failed to work for the newest version in Arch repo 0.12.4-1, but it does seem to work on the newest beta! v0.13.1-beta1
