Unsupported xterm-kitty

lnav version v0.11.2

Describe the bug

✘ error: unable to open TUI
 reason: the TERM environment variable is set to an unknown value: xterm-kitty

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • install kitty on machine
  • run lnav

In short term export TERM=xterm should let you run lnav. Long term would be to check and actually support kitty. As kitty user I found some rendering issues with :help the rest looks ok. Kitty has potential to provide extra performance and auxiliary features which worth exploring.

i use lnav with tmux + kitty.
