Not working on iOS 7 with Safari or Chrome

When attempting to play audio in Safari or Chrome on iOS 7, the player will look like it's queuing up the song but it never plays. I attached the iPad to a debugger and found the browser wasn't liking the audio being sent, looked like it was trying to play it with a plugin and it was failing for some reason. I attempted sending FLAC, m4a, mp3, and ogg, all had the same problem. I can gather more information if someone knows where to look.
