Listing decks after joining a room

Typing deck after joining a room currently lists over 100 public decks, followed by yours.

I propose that deck lists your decks, and deck publiclist lists the public decks.

We could also have these commands check the banlist of the current room, and only list the decks which are compatible with it (since we're already doing the work to find compatible banlists). Right now, a bunch of the public decks are only compatible with OCG.
