Add multiple attachments on popup send email

Enabling multiple uploads on Mailmanager was a great enhancement but on pop-up send email the system still have the old one by one attachment system it would be nice to have it upgraded to multiple uploads thanks in advance @joebordes

any sugestion? seems that keep the on by one old functionality on the email when having the multi upload option on webmail it's not ver useful...
