(#16) Add build folder

I really don't like how the Windows build gets overly complicated so easily. We need to think what we can do to keep it simple. First thing that comes to my mind is to just do the classical windows thing where we keep the binary dependencies right in the repo. But I'm not 100% sure about that yet.
