Introduce invert_fl_scroll config option

I personally found it unintuitive to narrow the flashlight circle by scrolling down, so I added an option to invert the scrolling behaviour specifically for the flashlight. I can't be the only one, so I thought I might as well create a PR and maybe you'll get around to merging it one day.
