[Suggestion] !quote should be usable with searchable term

As of right now !quote can be used like this:

!quote 109 variable is like my IQ — defined but not used

It would be nice to be able to do:

!quote IQ variable is like my IQ — defined but not used

The bot would search the quotes for the keyword.
