Add Sakoe Chiba constraint to SoftDTW

Currently, it seems there is no way to add a Sakoe Chiba constraint to the SoftDTW functions. This would be really convenient as it would speed up the already slow code a bit.

This is a good idea indeed. Though, I am not sure when this can be implemented.
