Various requested enhancements TODO break into separate issues

1. Mythic rules allow raising abilities and attacks etc above 40 sometimes, so raising the max would allow me to keep using the app once we get further into Wrath of the Righteous.
2. Multiple attacks per weapon. I suppose there are reasons to have drop down menus, but changing it to just a field would solve problem 1 and 2.
3. Not really necessary, but the spell page could use some work. I mostly ignore it because it doesn't list what I need. Having adding range, DC, duration and the like would help.
