Comments do not appear on the bottom of the page

Hi!

I'm developing a website using the plugin, and have an issue, that all paragraph comments are on separate threads, and not united under the post. Any ideas?

Maybe you can the idea from this Russian-languaged screenshot:

Thanks for reply, @fuel-. The screenshot is here http://take.ms/Xnwnu You can see there is one item Hello World with two comments, and Hello world with 1 comment, which are actually threads on the same posts. And when I click 'comments' under the post no comments are displayed there.

Honestly, I'm a little confused here, this doesn't look anything like the comment threads in my demo. Is this site live so we can take a look at what's going on?
