The comment bubble is showing up, and the mark-up is perfectly similar with your demo, and commenting is possible. But comments of different paras go to be identified as comments to page.

I have commented on the second paragraph, while the Comment bubble is showing count 1 on second para, but if you click Comment "+" bubble on any paragraph, disqus thread will show you the comment on second para.

Can you please enlighten me what is going wrong? The 'COUNT' is showing up correctly, so the DOM is working.

Yes, it seems like everything works except DISQUS.reset() If you put a breakpoint on it it seems like it is working fine but the comment thread remains the same.
