Error in group.blocks ?

Hello. I was running lassosum to construct PRS,my sample size is 133129, I get this message : Error in group.blocks(Blocks, parsed, mem.limit, chunks, cluster) : Size of blocks too large. Suggest split into smaller blocks or increase mem.limit or use only a sample of individuals. Does someone met this problem before? how to handle this issue? please let me know since this is urgent things for me.

Have you tried the recommended actions, e.g. increasing mem.limit? lassosum assumes your memory is limited (c.f. here). If you don't want to increase, then try the other options (split into smaller LD blocks or use a sample of individuals with the sample option)
