First time I see someone complain about serde... it's normally treated as a godsend. Anyways, the tricky custom serialization stuff, is it done better in rustc_serialize?

It says this is CommonMark-compatible (https://crates.io/crates/md), which made me think it supports CommonMark already?

cargo-dist would make providing such extra easy

I see `borrowchecker` and `borrow-checker`, and I think it's more common to instead `borrow checker`
